Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Registration Fees (Exam Form)

The fee paid on this website is for "Seat Booking" and administrative arrangements for the offline exam.

- **Strictly Non-Refundable:** Once the registration fee is paid, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another student, as we incur costs for printing question papers and seating arrangements immediately.


2. Challenge / Re-evaluation Fees

- Students opting to challenge their marks must pay a processing fee.

- This **Challenge Fee is Non-Refundable**, regardless of whether the marks are changed or not, as it covers the cost of the re-checking process by our teachers.


3. Event Cancellation

In the rare event that Star Quiz Club cancels the offline exam entirely, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to all students within 7 working days.

If money is deducted but the form is not submitted due to a technical error:
